Do you require a long term commitment from the start?

No, we don’t. Our partners commit to a minimum engagement of just 90 days. After that, if performance meets expectations, most clients prefer to continue on a rolling month-to-month basis with a 30-day notice period. Others choose to sign a new contract for a set number of months. This is always evaluated and discussed, and ultimately, the decision is yours - unless we determine that we can no longer add value.

What type of companies do you work with?

We work with Shopify brands in the clothing and lifestyle niches doing around or under $100K a month, as well as info product businesses, all aiming to scale to consistent multiple six figure months and beyond.

Is there a contract in place?

Yes. We will send a contract over before we start anything. It’s a standard NDA contract. Everything will be in there with topics such as scope of work, period of our partnership etc.

Are you a classic agency?

No.

How many companies do you work with at a time?

4-8 at a time - just so we can allocate enough time for each case.

What does pricing look like?

Typically, it’s beneficial for both our partners and us to set up a monthly fixed fee + performance fee structure. In some cases, this means a lower fixed fee but a higher performance fee, while in others, it’s the opposite. The performance fee is usually based on revenue from the channels we manage, total revenue, total profit, or another agreed-upon metric. We’re quite flexible when it comes to how the pricing structure is set up.
